MariaDB Connector/ODBC is a standardized, LGPL licensed database driver using the industry standard ODBC API. It supports ODBC Standard 3.5, can be used as a drop-in replacement for MySQL Connector/ODBC, and it supports both Unicode and ANSI modes.

MariaDB Connector/ODBC 3.0 Series

The MariaDB Connector/ODBC 3.0 series is built on top of MariaDB Connector/C 3.0 and uses the binary prepared statement protocol.

MariaDB Connector/ODBC 2.0 Series

The MariaDB Connector/ODBC 2.0 series is built on top of MariaDB Connector/C 2.2 and uses the binary prepared statement protocol. It is basically MariaDB Connector/ODBC 1.0, ported to work on Linux.

MariaDB Connector/ODBC 1.0 Series

The MariaDB Connector/ODBC 1.0 series is built on top of MariaDB Connector/C 2.2 and uses the binary prepared statement protocol. It is Windows-only.

MariaDB Connector/ODBC 0.9 Series

The MariaDB Connector/ODBC 0.9 series is built on top of MariaDB Connector/C and uses the binary prepared statement protocol. It is Windows-only.
